Refund Policy 30 days to return. Email us first. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories. Start a return by emailing aurex.us@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before you have one — we can't process returns we can't identify. Return shipping is on you if you changed your mind. It's on us if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Damaged or defective? Email photos within 48 hours of delivery. In most cases we'll replace it or refund you in full without asking you to send anything back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to post it. Import duties already paid on your order are not refundable. Warranty: 3 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. Doesn't cover drops, water damage, disassembly, or normal wear. Cancellations: free, any time before your order ships. Something wrong?
